My apologies...

This blog is incredibly ugly right now. Ugly with a lack of content, delicious! I am tinkering with it to see if I can make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. What will likely happen is I will get frustrated and throw a small hissyfit, and then my husband will fix it. In any case, it should be looking better soon.

I'm on my way, I don't know where I'm going....

Every now and then I think I should have a blog. People tell me I'm funny and damnit, I've got things to say. So I went and got myself a shiny new blog with a wacky name.

And the tumbleweeds blew by.

Blogfright? Perhaps. It could also have something to do with those small people that are always around, especially the one that just licked the word Blogfright on the laptop screen. Ew. College is another gigantic, miraculous entity in my life that sucks up most of my time. It doesn't allow for much naval gazing. This is a very good thing! I get sick of the subject of me after about 10 minutes.

I used to write in my livejournal all the time. When my dad died I stopped writing, and now it feels weird to go back there. That place is before, and that place is over. 4 years of quiet, 4 years of....I don't even know what it's been? Anyways, fresh start and so on and so forth.

A disclaimer of sorts: I am not a perfect person. I am really, really far from perfect. I don't ever pretend to be, and may spend copious amounts of time complaining about those who do. My kids fight. My car is almost never clean. I got a C in Anthropology. I have no plans to sugarcoat anything but I'm the queen of this blogdom so I'll just make the rules up as I go.

Now...we wait and see if this become the only entry this blog ever sees. Don't hold your breath.
